6th Grade Warrior is a New Jersey State Champion! In January students in 6th and 8th Grades participated in the American Scholastic Achievement League contest. The American Scholastic Achievement League was formed by a committee of middle school teachers who organized and operated a local annual competition for the purpose of challenging their students to demonstrate knowledge and thinking skills, and to recognize and reward excellence. The “contest” evolved into a state-wide competition in New York in 2001, and became a national contest in 2002. Out of all the schools that participated in New Jersey, 6th Grader Nathaniel was announced as the New Jersey Champion!
