Grades PreK3-Grade 4- Watch the Video on Warming Up and make sure to get mom and dad involved, you can expand the game by changing the scenarios!
Grades 5-8- Watch the video on opening up your breath and warming up. One of the great things about this warm up is that while it looks strange it really is comforting as well!

Grades K-4 - Watch the PBS Great Performances' production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's "The Sound of Music" that marries numbers from the original Broadway production and the beloved film musical.
Grades 5-8- Watch last year's production of William Shakespeare's "Much Ado About Nothing" performed in Central Park as part of the Public Theater's production.
