Student Council
The purpose of the Student Council is to organize and promote good citizenship, to encourage a high standard of scholarship, to generate a spirit of pride within our school, to demonstrate the general welfare of the practical application of democracy and to contribute to the general welfare of the school and community.
he Student Council members are elected by their peers every spring and kick into gear every fall by leading timely service drives, representing our Academy as ambassadors and host events that build our Warrior spirit.Samples of Service Projects and Events:
– Veterans Day & International Day ceremonies
– Sponsor Candy Grams and Ice Cream Socials
– Hold various bake sales, Casual Carmel Days and food drives for the Office of Concern, the Siena House and St. Simon Stock in the Bronx

Walk-a-thon for Mickey's Kids
Mickeys Kids Raises monies for the placement of Service/Therapy or Hospital Facilities dogs . They also help the dogs they have all ready sponsored with care for veterinary and other expenses.
