The Academy community joined with other Archdiocesan schools to speak out and educate against child abuse during Child Abuse Prevention month. Students in all grades showed solidarity with the cause as they created pinwheels (the symbol of prevention month) and practiced Catholic Social justice by raising money for our friends at CASA: Court Appointed Special Advocates who work in the court system with children who were abused, abandoned and in the foster care system.
