The injured Sea Turtle that the 5th Grade Class had adopted earlier this school year, through Sea Turtle Recovery, was released into the warm waters of North Carolina last week! We received the update and pictures from the staff. According to the heroes at Seat Turtle Recovery Chap was doing great, they said: “He had a lot of spunk once he felt better.  He made it hard to brush the tank as he loved to chase the brush so we couldn’t scrub.  He will be very skilled at hunting with his speed.  The tank cleaning is a lot easier now!” So a turtle with lots of spunk? Sounds like some of our Grade 5 Warriors! Great job students and safe travels, Chap!
