Dear OLMC families,

Wishing each of you a blessed, peaceful and healthy new year! As we begin anew in 2019, we are fortunate to welcome two new faculty members to our OLMC family. God has blessed us by sending us these two enthusiastic, talented educators; for this we are very grateful.

Miss Koval, OLMC Principal

Ms. Christine Friedlander joins our middle school faculty and “looks forward to helping our sixth, seventh, and eighth graders condition their analytical, rhetorical, and literary muscles”. She “believes in a democratic and student-centered classroom,” where she “encourages her students to become experts in their own right”. By clicking HERE you can read about both our new teachers and check out additional details on Ms. Friedlander’s Bio and teaching philosophy as well as fun facts, and other details to help you get to know her better. Her personal motto is “Adventure awaits!”

Mrs. Nikki O’Farrill grew up in Upstate New York and comes to us with a Masters in Educational Technology. She “believes in treating every child in the manner in which I want teachers to treat my own child, with respect and a sense of responsibility. I want them to enter the classroom with the mindset that they will work their hardest on everything they do.” By clicking HERE you can read about both our new teachers and check out additional details about Mrs. O’Farrill’s teaching philosophy, her biography, fun facts and other interesting details to help you get to know her better. Her personal motto is “A lot of people resist transition and therefore never allow themselves to enjoy who they are. Embrace change, no matter what it is; once you do, you can learn about the new world you’re in and take advantage of it.”

Please join me and our OLMC faculty in welcoming these two talented educators to our Warrior family! We look forward to working closely together for the benefit of our students and their continued growth and development.

God Bless,
Miss Kelly Koval
