Kristin Guercio

Bio: Kristin Guercio is a graduate of Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education for Middle Grades. Though new to teaching, but not new to the classroom, I have been an instructional aide as well as a substitute teacher. Married to my husband Anthony, we have 10-year old twins Gianna and AJ. 

Hometown: Dumont, NJ

I like working at the Academy because: From the moment I stepped into OLMC, it felt like home. Everyone was kind, and welcoming and the vibe of the school was what I was looking for as I started my teaching career.

Teaching Philosophy: While upholding the mission of OLMC provides the best learning environment for every student and their uniqueness, I believe no two students learn the same way.

Fun Fact: Huge sports fan, my family is on the quest to visit all the MLB stadiums!

When I am not in the classroom, you can find me: At any of my childrens’ games or some kind of sporting event with my family.
