Guess who was our OLMC nurse for a day? This lucky Warrior was very busy! She helped Nurse Kelly with end of the year notices for allergy students and helped students in the office. She also did the monthly maintenance check on the defibrillator, learned about asthma and diabetes (even checked her blood sugar!), and learned about different types of medicines (insulin, epi-pen, inhalers, and nebulizers). She also learned how to use a stethescope to listen to the heart and check blood pressure and how/where to find a pulse. It was a pleasure and a big help!
