The community of Our Lady of Mount Carmel celebrates, remembers and worships this Holy Week. Spring break will take place with a half day on Holy Thursday, March 24, 2016 and the normal academic schedule will return on Monday, April 4, 2016.

Palm Sunday

Palm Sunday
Palm Sunday marks the beginning of the holiest of weeks in the Christian calendar. It also marks the day known as World Youth Day.
Our Lady of Mount Carmel will be celebrating, along with all the world's faithful with Masses on Saturday, March 19th 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, March 20th at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12 Noon.

Holy Thursday
The Mass of the Lord's Supper marks the institution of the priesthood through Jesus' washing of his apostle's feet.
This year our pastor, Fr. Dan O'Neill, O.Carm. celebrates this Mass washing the feet of parishioners on Thursday, March 24th at 7:30 p.m. There will also be exposition and adoration of the Blessed Sacrament until 11:00 p.m. in the Church.

On Friday, March 25th at 11:00 a.m. Sr. Regina Chassar, SSJ will lead a Stations of the Cross mediation. The Stations of the Cross, or the Via Crucis, is a traditional part of Lent and Easter for the Roman Church.
The Celebration of the Passion of the Lord. Fr. Dan O'Neill, O.Carm. presides over the celebration on March 25th at 7:30 p.m. on one of the most important days of the Catholic calendar.
Easter Sunday
"He is risen!"
Easter Sunday
Alleluia, He is Risen! Join us for one of our Easter Sunday Masses. After 40 days of lent, and the celebration of the passion and death of Christ, we rejoice because He is risen.
The Easter Vigil Mass is Saturday, March 26th at 8:00 p.m. and Easter Sunday Masses on Sunday, March 27th at 8:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 12 Noon.
