Wednesdays, September 11-November 20, 2019 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. is Yoga! Students learn basic yoga postures through movement and play. Each class introduces mindfulness and breathing practicies to tune into the child’s physical, mental and emotional state. A theme is then introduced where the flow of the practice is set to a story and music. Offered by a certified yoga instructor and Yoga Alliance Member.
