Join us on October 1, 2022 at 9AM-12NOON, when the OLMC community answers the SOS! Service on Saturday! RAIN OR SHINE!
We’ll meet on Saturday 9AM at a NEW LOCATION Fort Lee Historic Park, Palisades Interstate Park . It is at the intersection of Hudson Terrance and Bruce Reynolds Blvd in Fort Lee. Click HERE for directions!
The tasks include litter clean-up, historic site clean-up, weeding, removing stones and old concrete bench anchors (for those who love the pick axe!), and dragging fallen branches into wooded areas away from the historic huts.
You must dress for the weather. Rain gear and closed-toed shoes! This is a worksite, while we will provide First Aid and some water, it is a good idea to bring water bottles and other outdoor necessities.
There is metered parking at Fort Lee, but we have paper passes for each car, so Rangers we will meet you at the parking lot entrance to hand them out.
