Dear OLMC, Let’s Get Together – Safely!

Friday, October 2, 2020 at 6:30PM.

In light of the covid-19 safety measures we have taken, we have met our occupancy limits for this event and therefore it has been sold out! We are truly excited to welcome everyone to our family friendly experience and w are mindful of established social distancing guidelines.

Please take notice of the following important information:
Parking will be determined upon your arrival and available on a first come first serve basis.  There are no reserved areas, nor will we be able to make special accommodations.
Proof of Reservation will be required upon entry.  Please be sure to bring a printed receipt / confirmation of your event ticket purchase and have it placed on your vehicular driver’s side inner windshield as you drive into the OLMC, North Parking Lot – entered from County Road near the corner of Hillside Avenue.
The OLMC Parents Guild will observe all state mandated COVID-19 rules for outdoor gathering to ensure this experience is as safe as possible for all in attendance.    This event will be staffed by volunteers wearing masks, gloves maintaining clean work stations, as applicable.
All patrons are required to follow the state mandated 6 feet of social distancing at all times while on the premises.  Any participant not following the guidelines will be asked to leave the premises immediately.  All participants are REQUIRED to wear masks when outside their vehicle for any reason.  All participants are REQUIRED to maintain 6 feet of social distancing space.  Masks are not required while sitting inside your vehicle with the windows up.  When using the restrooms/Port-a-johns, customers must wear masks and maintain 6 feet social distance.
Frisbie throwing, ball playing, roller/ in-line skating, skateboarding, bike riding and playing in the playground will NOT be allowed.  Participants are encouraged to bring flashlights for safety and precautionary reasons as the movie requires a dark setting in the parking lot.  All participants must keep their refuse for home disposal.
The OLMC Parents Guild looks forward to the continuation of a tradition of providing unique and family friendly fundraising experiences such as this Drive-In Theater Experience.  Your contribution to this event strengthens our faith based community and the academic experience at the Academy of Our Lady of Mount Carmel.  Thank you!
