Welcome to the Academy of Our Lady of Mount Carmel School.
Please be aware that your child’s enrollment is not complete without a current physical examination (no more than 365 days prior to school entry) and up to date immunization records.
As per New Jersey state law, Flu vaccine is required for all pre-K students and is highly recommended for K through 8th grades. The Flu vaccine must be given between August and December 31st of the current year.

If your child is evaluated/treated in the emergency department for any reason, please contact the school nurse to be sure appropriate follow up measures can be taken.
