IXL:  Students should complete Section B4 and C8  (Grade 7 Section).

IXL is due Friday 1/19

Wednesday 1/17:  Simplifying expressions

                           HOMEWORK:  Remember IXL is due on Friday

Thursday 1/18: continue simplifying expressions

                           HOMEWORK: worksheet pg 85

Friday 1/19:  Adding and Subtracting equations

Math Journal Rubric

10 points – Complete journal entry. Your work displays a complete explanation with math language and visuals. Computation is accurate.

8 points – Your work is missing visuals (pictures, diagrams/charts, drawings, examples) – OR – Computation is inaccurate of missing.

6 points – Incomplete explanation. Your work is missing a thorough explanation with math language and details.

4 points – Incomplete explanation and visuals. Your work is missing an explanation with math language, visuals, pictures, diagrams/charts, and/or examples. Computation is inaccurate or missing.

1 point will be deducted for each day your Journal is late!!!
