The Academy held our first-ever Student Leadership Summer Initiative hosted by The Fr. Mark Payne Institute at St. Benedict’s Prep in Newark, NJ. Student leaders and educators from their community spent a morning with most of our student leaders to teach a variety of leadership techniques. Embracing the core value to, “never do for students, what they can do for themselves,” we ask our students to run many aspects of the school, at OLMC, when teachers step back, students step up!
