Become A Warrior Today!
  • Thank you for your interest in Our Lady of Mount Carmel!

The Academy of Our Lady of Mount Carmel is excited that your family is interested in our school. The best way to begin exploring the Academy is by exploring this website. We also invite you to click on our varied social media platforms. Below is a list of how to get more information and begin the registration process for Grades 1-7, for our Early Childhood Program see below.

    1) We invite you to contact us (information below!)

    2) An appointment will be made for you and your family to tour the campus.

    3) After touring, we will make an appointment for your child to take an assessment test.

    4) Once that is complete we invite the prospective student(s) to attend our Warrior-for-a-Day program, where your child(ren) will attend the Academy for one school day (see below).

    5) Parents will then meet with our principal. Make sure to bring all your questions!

    6) Teachers will meet with the admissions team to discuss if the prospective student(s) is a right fit for our school.

    7) Finally, parents will be contacted through phone or e-mail to let you know if the prospective student has been accepted at this time.

    8) Parents will come to the Academy’s Main Office and register their student(s). At that time 3 separate checks are needed, along with birth and baptismal certificates. At this time the family will be told of how all the tuition and acts they need to know to start being a member of the proud OLMC family!

    9) A date is picked in June for New Student orientation. During the summer, a summer mailer goes home to all students regarding the first day of school, the yearly calendar and other information.

    Early Childhood Enrollment Process

For our Early Childhood Program (Pre K-3, Pre K-4 and Kindergarten) an appointment is made for a tour of the school and at the same time the teacher will meet with the prospective student(s) and the teacher will give a readiness test. After the test the teacher will meet with the admissions team to decide if the student is a right fit for the Academy. Finally, parents will be contacted through phone or e-mail to let them know if the prospective student has been accepted at this time.

  • Warrior for a Day

While taking a tour is a great way to see the Academy, the best way to see if your child is the right fit for OLMC is for them to experience it themselves. We require every prospective student in Grades 1-8 to experience a typical day on campus in our Warrior for Day program. Prospective students are given the opportunity to shadow a current student throughout the course of a typical day; this includes going to classes, interacting with students and teachers and having lunch! If interested, all parents of prospective students should contact: admissions@nullacademyolmc.org

    What to Expect?
Please arrive at the Main Office no later than 8:00 a.m. Prospective students and their parents will be greeted by an administrator who will offer a brief overview of the Academy and introduce a student ambassador who will accompany the visiting student throughout the day. At the conclusion of the visit, parents will have an opportunity to speak with the Principal, who will answer any questions.
