The Grade 6 religion class, was exploring Christian art. After reading about it in their textbook, and viewing a video about Christian art in the Vatican the students toured our Academy and the students were inspired by a beautiful Mount Carmel mosaic art piece in our lobby that was given to us by the Parents’ Guild in the 1960’s. The students then created their own mosaic masterpieces. Here are a few examples!
