“Join the Band” Flyer: This flyer is the one I would ask you to email blast to all students, from grades 1-8. Join Music.pdf– A flyer to give a brief outline of the program and direct a reader to our informative video demonstration site. This would be great to distribute, either by copying this link or downloading the pdf form attached to this email.
Do I need a Registration Form? Registration Form 2020.pdf– While everyone can register online, some families prefer to mail in a paper form or register by phone. This is a copy of that form, but again, most parents will prefer to just register ONLINE. Again, please distribute either by copying this link or downloading the pdf form attached to this email.
Lesson Schedule: Lessons will be after school, but not necessarily on Tuesdays. Since they are all virtual lessons, I am grouping students by instrument and experience, NOT just by school. So they could have a lesson on a different day of the week than Tuesday. Once I have the schedule set up, I will send it out and make any changes that need to be made before the first week of lessons begin, which should be the 1st week of October.
Returning Instruments: Once I am able to build a schedule for lessons this year, I will reach out to you and we can coordinate our Mandatory Instrument Return Day, likely after school and obeying and social distancing guidelines. I will bring the new instruments and take back all of the old ones from last year.
