Back in October our 5th and 6th Grade Language Arts classes participated in a contest sponsored by Young Writers called Spooky Sagas. Students were asked to create a spooky story with 100 words of less. Although it seemed challenging at the time, our Warriors were up for it! They worked hard creating the best spooky saga out there. The 6th grade Warriors even invited Ms. Verdonck to hear their stories before they sent them off to be judged. After weeks of waiting, many of our Warriors learned that they were invited to be published! Here are some pictures of our proud Warriors showing off their work. Congratulations Warriors!
