It’s quite simple to complete this challenge:
1. You will need to do all (16) exercises TWICE per day.
2. The “?” means to move on to the next exercise with no break in between. For Example, you will do (5) jumping jacks and then immediately complete (5) crunches before moving on to the next exercise.
3. You will not have have a time limit to complete this program.
4. Stay hydrated and make sure you stretch before you do a full workout.
5. Have fun with it and make sure you film yourself or send some pictures.

All Exercises have been completed in previous videos.
