The 4th grade went on a virtual tour of the Underground Railroad. They met Walter, a slave who was trying to find his way to freedom. They explored and discovered how he accomplished this journey through Scholastic’s Virtual tour. The 4th grade really understood the hardships of being a slave and how hard it was to obtained freedom. They even had the opportunity to write about it!
