Dear Academy Families,
Please read this letter in it’s entirety, as action is required on your part.
Beginning with the 2017/18 Academic year, the tuition policy of OLMC will be revised. We will no longer be accepting tuition payments through the mail or at the main office. All tuition payments, whether payment in full or monthly payments must now be made through FACTS MANAGEMENT, an on-line automated tuition collection system. This change was announced at Back to School night back in September. It is the policy of the Archdiocese of Newark under Lighting the Way and must be adhered to by all families.
In the Resources section below there are a number of downloadable PDFs that contain directions for how to sign up for FACTS. Please click on the FACTS button in the upper right corner to go to their sign-in page and follow the simple directions on how to register with FACTS.

Once you have registered, your tuition amount for the 2017/18 Academic year will be set by the OLMC FACTS administrator and you will receive an email from FACTS notifying you of the date of your first payment as well as confirming the details you provided when registering. There is a one-time fee charged by FACTS of $41 annually if you pay over 11 months which will be explained during registration. If you pay your tuition in full there will be no charge. In addition, using your checking or savings account for payment requires no fee, however, if you choose to pay with a credit card there will be a service fee associated monthly. Again, please see details provided regarding service fees during on-line registration.
